If you are interested in counselling at Daya Counselling Centre, please call our receptionist at 519-434-0077 ext. 392 to arrange an Intake appointment.

Intake includes screening to ensure our service is the best match for your needs.

Intake appointments generally are done over the phone and must be completed with the person wishing to come into counselling.

Due to the high volume of calls, you will likely get our voicemail. Please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Walk-in appointments for intake are provided for those who do not have a phone or e-mail.

From Dundas Street (between Richmond and Talbot), proceed south along Market Lane toward the Covent Garden Market. The marked entrance is on the left (east) side; simply take the elevator to the 6th floor.

Hours of Operation

Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.

We close Friday at noon for the summer months.

Please note that we are closed from 12 to 1pm every day.

Voice mail is available at all other times.
