No-Scent Policy Print E-mail

We ask that, when visiting Daya Counselling Centre, you refrain from wearing perfume, cologne and aftershave. Please also avoid the use of scented deodorants, hair products, body sprays, lotions, laundry detergents and fabric softeners.

Please understand that it is not about you as a person or about your choice of fragrance, but it is about the chemicals in the fragranced product. We do have staff and clients who have allergies or sensitivities to these products.

Should you arrive wearing scent, you may be requested to leave and re-schedule your visit.

From Dundas Street (between Richmond and Talbot), proceed south along Market Lane toward the Covent Garden Market. The marked entrance is on the left (east) side; simply take the elevator to the 6th floor.

Hours of Operation

Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.

We close Friday at noon for the summer months.

Please note that we are closed from 12 to 1pm every day.

Voice mail is available at all other times.
